It's been awhile since I wrote a press release. But today something momentous happened that couldn't be ignored.
Our latest trainee, who didn't quite live up to his potential, finished first at the Mount Taranaki Cup after successfully breaking away from the main group. In it's self this isn't unheard of and not something to get overly excited about, if it wasn't for the fact that he also broke away in the race before and, you guessed it, finished first.
Now Guillermo Suarez, as this kid is known, has earned himself a new nickname from his teammates: The Breakaway Kid.
We will all be looking forward for him to show us some more of those impressive breakaway skills.

I don't know what the secret is, but I do know this kid is very young so experience doesn't seem to a big factor. Also my captain in both races was my highest AV rider but he had low DP. That was part of the reason I tried to go for the breakaway. Guess I be trying it more from now on.
He took my win away! I've actually never gotten a top 9 in a Break Away, whats the secret? ;)
